• 3–5 years experience in a UK-based generalist HR/HR Officer role.
• Knowledge of UK employment rights and day-to-day HR processes.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident and approachable communication style.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and leaver processes.
• Provide first-line HR support to employees and management.
• Review HR practices, identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Draft and update HR policies and procedures for management approval.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records.
• Manage absence and attendance records and payroll data for external provider.
• Support HR planning, budgets and reporting.
• Implement HR initiatives and monitor progress.
