Action for Carers Surrey is seeking a Carer Advice & Guidance Advisor. The role is hybrid, home-based with a minimum of one day per week in our Burpham, Guildford office. Salary ranges from £31,100 to £32,557 FTE, with 21.6 hours per week (0.6 FTE).

You will be passionate about helping people, build trusted relationships, and support individuals to achieve positive outcomes. We value safeguarding and a supportive work environment.

• Experience managing a caseload and developing personalised action plans.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering support remotely via tele and online platforms.
