A leading luxury retailer is seeking an experienced General Store Manager to lead a high-profile, fast-paced retail operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused leader who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence. Managing a sizeable team, you will be responsible for creating a high-performance culture, ensuring outstanding service standards, and maintaining an engaging shopping environment that reflects the premium nature of the brand.

The successful candidate will lead, coach, and develop teams through effective communication, succession planning and performance management. You will oversee all aspects of people management including recruitment, engagement, training, and talent development, whilst ensuring the business is appropriately staffed to meet customer demand. Working closely with key stakeholders and brand partners, you will build strong relationships to maximise commercial opportunities, drive category performance and ensure operational standards are delivered consistently across the store.

Commercially minded and results-driven, you will take ownership of sales performance, analysing key metrics to identify opportunities and implement action plans that drive growth. You will ensure promotional activity, visual standards, stock availability, compliance, and health & safety requirements are executed to the highest standard, whilst maintaining a relentless focus on customer satisfaction. To be successful, you will have proven experience in a senior retail management role, strong leadership credentials, and a track record of delivering results within a premium or luxury retail environment.
