Operose Health is seeking a GP to join our Torquay practice, delivering high quality clinical care to registered patients and collaborating with clinical leads to support the surgery's operational plan.

The ideal candidate will be GMC registered with NHS performers list and GP accreditation (MRCGP), with strong commitment to quality, patient-centered care, and knowledge of QOF, DES and coding. SystmOne or EMISweb experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and NHS performers list.
• GP accreditation or equivalent (MRCGP).
• Commitment to quality and patient-focused services.
• Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and coding.
• Working knowledge of GP clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high quality clinical care to registered patients and support the surgeries operational plan.
• Maintain quality through clinical governance, audits and QOF.
• Provide care including consultations, triage, reviews, results, and prescription signing.
• Adhere to GMC standards and prioritise patient care.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager to develop and review the surgery action plan.
