Job summary

Pertemps Dudley Industrial is seeking a General Operative/Machine Operator for an established manufacturing client in Kingswinford. This permanent role runs on an afternoon shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:00pm).

You will operate machinery, set up equipment, perform quality checks and help meet daily output targets while observing safety standards. The role requires prior experience in production or machine operation and a reliable, process-driven approach.

• Work effectively as part of a production team while also being able to complete tasks independently.
• Follow all PPE, manual handling and workplace safety requirements.
• Carry out other general operative and production duties as required by the business
