Pertemps Dudley Industrial in Kingswinford is seeking a General Operative / Machine Operator for a permanent afternoon shift. You will operate manufacturing machinery, load materials, monitor production, and carry out quality checks to ensure targets and safety standards are met.

This hands-on role requires previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation. You will work 2:00pm to 10:00pm, on-site, with immediate starts available and long-term career prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or machine-operating environments.
• Ability to follow procedures and health & safety rules.
• Willingness to work an afternoon shift on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Set up and monitor machinery during production.
• Load raw materials and components into equipment.
• Monitor output and ensure products meet specifications.
• Perform quality checks and visual inspections.
• Measure finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Follow production instructions and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and area.
• Report faults or production issues to supervisor.
• Work as part of a team and also independently.
