Kingdom Services Group is seeking a Production Operative PM at Trafford Park, Greater Manchester. You will support the manufacturing process in a fast-paced environment, operate machinery safely, and maintain equipment to meet quality standards.

• Carry out routine checks and maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
• Handle materials, components and finished products carefully to prevent damage and maintain product integrity.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, complying with health and safety regulations.
• Record production data accurately, including quantities produced, rejects and downtime.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

The role of Production Operative PM involves supporting the manufacturing process to ensure efficient, high-quality production output in a fast-paced environment. The operative works within the production line, observing safety protocols and maintaining equipment to meet operational standards. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Working Conditions

• The role is based in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery and potentially varying temperatures.
• Full-time hours typically include shift work which may involve early mornings, evenings or weekends.

• Personal protective equipment is provided and must be worn as required.
