Job summary

Workforce Staffing in Droitwich is recruiting an experienced Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company. You'll work on production processes, use basic hand tools, assemble and prepare products, and help the team meet daily targets.

The role offers £12.71 per hour rising to £14.24, 4 days per week (Tue–Fri), 6:00am–6:00pm, with full training and long-term opportunities.

We are currently recruiting experienced Production Operatives to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company with over 50 years of industry experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, who is confident using basic hand tools and enjoys practical, hands-on work.

The Role

As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Working on production and manufacturing processes
• Using basic hand tools safely and correctly
• Assembling and preparing products
• Handling and moving materials and finished products
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Labelling and packing finished products
• Supporting the production team to meet daily targets
• Following health & safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organised working area
