The Role:

• Be the face of the restaurant—lead from the floor, and build a guest experience that’s consistent, personal, and best-in-class
• Collaborate with chefs and leadership to refine menus and drive innovation
• Be hands-on with service—maintain a strong floor presence
• Create a high-performance culture across the FOH team
• Manage key financial metrics—rotas, margins, and labour
• Prioritize team training and development—coaching and mentoring
• Own standards—systems, compliance, and guest journey
