Job Opportunity: Senior Restaurant & Bar General Manager

Important: This role requires a candidate with strong wet sales experience and proven management of a high-volume business (taking £90k+ per week). Applications without demonstrated experience will not be considered.

The owner-operator manages two successful locations in London, with an exciting new opening in a prime Central London site later this year. We are seeking a proactive, hands-on leader who can build strong relationships with the owner and drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Open and manage this iconic new venue.
  • Lead the development of the entire Restaurant & Bar across multiple areas.
  • Align objectives, programs, and plans with the company's strategic goals and budget.
  • Deliver positive results and meet targets in line with budgets.
  • Manage multi-function P&L across regions and markets.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in a premium dining or drinks concept.
  • Proven success in restaurant development within luxury dining.
  • Strong strategic and operational capabilities.
  • Experience working in London is essential.
  • Track record of significant growth and profit achievements.
