This is a premium dining group renowned for its exceptional cuisine and informal service. They are seeking a General Manager to lead the team and ensure a remarkable guest experience.

Role Overview:

  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Coordinate daily responsibilities and supervise staff.
  • Participate actively in restaurant service.
  • Set high standards for personal appearance and professionalism.
  • Foster a guest-centric culture and handle guest feedback.
  • Train and support team members.
  • Ensure system proficiency and reservations management.
  • Manage financial aspects and staffing levels.
  • You will lead a team of 15 plus a Restaurant Manager and 2 Bar managers.
