The Client: This is a premium, product-led restaurant focusing on exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and raising the bar. The client seeks a strong, visible leader to elevate the current offering and drive performance. It’s already a great space, but they want brilliance.

The Role:

  • Be the face of the restaurant – lead from the floor, and build a guest experience that’s consistent, personal, and best-in-class.
  • Work closely with chefs and leadership to refine menus and innovate.
  • Be hands-on with service – a strong floor presence is essential.
  • Create a high-performance culture across the FOH team.
  • Deliver against key financial metrics – manage rotas, margins, and labour.
  • Prioritize team training and development – coaching, not just managing.
  • Own standards – systems, compliance, and guest journey.
  • Handle guest feedback confidently and with care.

The Person:

  • Senior management experience within quality restaurants is essential.
  • A natural host – someone who lights up a room and thrives on busy service.
  • Clear communicator with a strong leadership presence.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and uphold high standards.
  • Financially astute and commercially aware.
