Cosy Club Oxford is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, guest experiences, and team performance. The role focuses on creating a warm, engaging atmosphere across the site, guiding staff, and delivering exceptional hospitality with attention to profit and guest satisfaction.

The position offers a total package including base salary up to £52,000, tronc between £7,500 and £9,500, plus a discretionary bonus up to £6,000, and overtime pay.

As one of our General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa £63,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £52,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £7.5k - £9.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £6k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
