Job summary

Cosy Club Oxford is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, mentor the team, and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will support the General Manager, maintain service standards, and drive guest satisfaction in a lively venue.

The role offers a competitive salary, tips, and a bonus scheme with up to 3.5k annual bonus potential, plus benefits such as meals on duty and staff events, with clear progression toward a General Manager position.
