Loungers is seeking a General Manager for Cosy Club Oxford. The role commands a total package around £63,000 per year, including a base salary up to £52,000, a tronc estimate of £7.5k–£9.5k, and a bonus potential of up to £6k.

Overtime is paid at the standard rate, with a focus on work-life balance and enjoyable, memorable service for guests. Two days off per week and every sixth weekend off are provided, alongside 50% food and drinks discounts across all three brands.

As one of our General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa £63,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £52,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £7.5k - £9.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £6k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
