Cosy Club Oxford is seeking a General Manager to lead operations with a focus on guest experience and a high-energy team. The role requires charm, confidence, and a proactive, site-wide leadership approach to deliver exceptional hospitality.

The position offers a total package around £63,000 per year, including base up to £52,000, tronc between £7.5k and £9.5k, and a bonus up to £6k, plus benefits and opportunities for development.

As one of our General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa £63,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £52,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £7.5k - £9.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £6k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
