Job summary

Cosy Club Sheffield is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team and deliver the signature Cosy Club experience for guests across the site.

Salary is around £55,000 per year, with base up to £47,500 plus Tronc (£6k–£9k) and a bonus potential up to £6k. Overtime is paid, and the role includes work-life balance, two days off weekly, and staff-specific perks. Join us to drive exceptional service.

As one of our General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa £55,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £47,500 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £6k - £9k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £6k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
