Job summary

Nuffield Health is building a talent pool of General Managers to run our gyms across the UK, including the North/Midlands and Scotland regions. We’re seeking a results‑driven leader with proven gym operations experience and a track record of growing membership.

As General Manager, you’ll own daily operations and P&L accountability, inspire high‑performing teams, drive sales, and uphold safety and compliance while delivering outstanding member experiences.
