The Gym Group is seeking a General Manager to lead our team and drive exceptional service in our gym. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding member experiences, operational excellence and strategic growth, while embedding our values and culture across the team.

You will lead from the front, manage P&L, and foster development of staff to maintain high performance and a positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a service/health and fitness environment.
• Proven ability to drive member satisfaction and growth.
• Track record of achieving targets and driving continuous improvement.
• Able to interpret financials and manage P&L responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and motivational leadership style.
