Job summary

Love Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dynamic Club Manager to open and lead a brand-new UK club. You will oversee daily operations, sales driving, and a high-performing team, delivering an outstanding member experience.

You will manage budgets, KPIs and safety while building a culture focused on performance and customer excellence. This role requires hands-on leadership and close collaboration with HQ and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Natural leader with a strong commercial mindset.
• Track record of exceeding KPIs in sales or service roles.
• Experience in hospitality, leisure or customer-facing environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with ability to coach teams.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the club, including service, staffing, safety and cleanliness
• Driving sales, membership growth, retention and NPS
• Managing budgets, costs and key KPIs
• Recruiting, coaching and developing a high-performing team
• Creating an energetic, positive and performance-focused culture
• Acting as the local face of the brand and maintaining high standards
• Working closely with HQ and regional stakeholders to deliver business goals
• Leading by example and continually looking for ways to improve performance

About you

You’re a natural leader with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine passion for people and customer experience.

You’ll bring:

• Proven sales experience and a track record of exceeding KPIs
• Experience in hospitality, leisure or another customer-facing environment
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• A hands-on, proactive approach
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability
• A passion for fitness, health or sport

Fitness industry experience is a bonus, but not essential.
