Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting for an experienced General Manager to lead a fast-growing leisure brand with multiple sites. The role is hands-on and focused on sport, customer experience, and building high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will drive membership growth, events, coaching, retail and F&B partnerships, oversee budgets and KPIs, and work with the leadership team to expand the brand.

Qualifications

• A proven leader, ideally with previous General management experience in leisure, hospitality, or sports environments.
• Strong commercial mindset, with a track record of delivering revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Excellent communicator, able to inspire and lead teams while ensuring accountability and structure.
