Job summary

Love Recruitment is seeking a Club Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new UK club in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. You’ll be the heartbeat of the operation, directing a high-performing team and owning the guest experience from day one.

This role drives sales, member growth and retention, manages budgets and KPIs, and represents the brand with energy and accountability. OpenUp mental health support and unlimited club access are included.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and a track record of exceeding KPIs.
• Experience in hospitality, leisure or another customer-facing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A hands-on, proactive approach.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• A passion for fitness, health or sport.

Our client is bringing an exciting new fitness concept to the UK and is looking for an ambitious Club Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new club in Marlow.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the club — leading your team, creating an exceptional member experience and taking ownership of commercial performance.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading the day-to-day operation of the club, including service, staffing, safety and cleanliness

Driving sales, membership growth, retention and NPS

Managing budgets, costs and key KPIs

Recruiting, coaching and developing a high-performing team

Creating an energetic, positive and performance-focused culture

Acting as the local face of the brand and maintaining high standards

Working closely with HQ and regional stakeholders to deliver business goals

Leading by example and continually looking for ways to improve performance

About you

You’re a natural leader with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine passion for people and customer experience.

You’ll bring:

Proven sales experience and a track record of exceeding KPIs
