Mission Mars Limited is seeking a General Manager for our new Rudy's Pizzeria in Shrewsbury. You will own the Pizzeria's performance, people and culture, and you will have the autonomy to shape the site from day one with strong support from a growing business.

You will lead full P&L ownership, build a high-performing team, and drive guest experience while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role offers real progression opportunities and a competitive package in a dynamic, people-first

Position: General Manager - NEW OPENING

Location: Shrewsbury

Salary: £40,000 | Tips & Tronc Monthly | Up to 32% Bonus Per Annum paid Quarterly

Contract: Full time

This is your chance to lead something brand new in Shrewsbury! As General Manager of our newest Rudy's Pizzeria, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing the Rudy's experience to life in a new community. With full ownership of your Pizzeria’s performance, people and culture, you'll have the autonomy to make your mark, build an incredible team and create something special from day one – all backed by a business that genuinely invests in its people and its leaders.

Founded in Manchester in 2015, Rudy's Neapolitan Pizzeria has grown to 39 sites across the UK on the strength of one core belief: that authentic Neapolitan pizza, made with the finest Italian ingredients and served by people who genuinely care, is worth doing properly. Fresh dough daily, 60-second pizzas, a culture that puts people first - that's the Rudy's way.

Your Day-to-Day

• Full P&L ownership - revenue, labour, GP, and operating costs
• Building and leading a high-performing, genuinely engaged management and team structure
• Driving a guest experience
• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence
• Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent at every level
• Cultivating a team culture rooted in Rudy's values - passion, Pizza & people
• Working closely with senior leadership to shape the direction and performance of your site
