Mission Mars Limited invites applications for a Deputy Manager role in Shrewsbury to join Rudy’s Neapolitan Pizzeria family. You will be the General Manager’s right hand, driving performance across front-of-house and kitchen, leading the team, and owning the guest experience on a daily basis.

With clear progression toward General Manager, you’ll manage shifts, costs, and compliance while shaping service standards. Exciting training and global pizza trips await the right candidate.

Formación

• Proven experience at Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager level in a hospitality environment.
• Strong operational knowledge.
• Ability to lead and inspire a large, diverse team.
• Looking to develop into a General Manager with progression support.

• Leading the management and floor team.
• Owning the guest experience at a restaurant level - from service delivery to in-the-moment resolution.
• Managing shift labour, scheduling, and day-to-day cost control.
• Supporting talent development - identifying, coaching, and actively progressing the team.
• Overseeing full compliance: food safety and operational standards.
• Contributing to financial performance, reporting, and target delivery.

Position: Deputy Manager - NEW OPENING

Location: Shrewsbury

Salary: £35,000 | Tips & Tronc Monthly | Up to 32% Bonus Per Annum paid Quarterly

Contract: Full time

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something brand new in Shrewsbury! As Deputy Manager at Rudy’s, you’ll be the General Manager’s right hand, helping bring our newest Pizzeria to life and setting the standard from day one. You’ll lead with confidence, inspire your team, take ownership of every shift and ensure everything runs brilliantly, whether the GM is there or not. It’s a high-impact role with real responsibility, plenty of opportunity to make your mark and the perfect stepping stone towards becoming a General Manager yourself.

What you'll be doing
