Rudy's Neapolitan Pizzeria (Mission Mars) in Glasgow is seeking a General Manager to lead the site with full accountability for performance, people and culture, operating with autonomy backed by a business that invests in its leaders.

The role demands proven GM experience in high-volume hospitality, strong P&L and people leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time position with clear progression in a growing business.

Salary: Up to£45,000 | Tips & Tronc Monthly | Up to 32% Bonus Per Annum paid Quarterly

Your Day-to-Day

• Full P&L ownership - revenue, labour, GP, and operating costs
• Building and leading a high-performing, genuinely engaged management and team structure
• Driving a guest experience
• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence
• Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent at every level
• Cultivating a team culture rooted in Rudy's values - passion, Pizza & people
• Working closely with senior leadership to shape the direction and performance of your site
