Mission Mars Limited is seeking a Head Pizzaiolo for a brand-new Rudy's Neapolitan Pizzeria in Shrewsbury. You will take full ownership of the kitchen, driving pizza quality, team development, and operational standards from day one.

This senior leadership role requires extensive Neapolitan expertise and the ability to lead large teams while maintaining stringent food safety, allergens handling, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Head Pizzaiolo or Senior Sous in a high-volume kitchen.
• Deep technical knowledge of authentic Neapolitan pizza-making.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a large kitchen team.
• Strong commercial awareness - labour, and waste management.
• Exceptional food safety knowledge.
• A calm, confident leader who thrives when the pressure is highest.

• Conducting team reviews, training, and progression planning.
• Working closely with the General Manager to align kitchen and floor performance.

Your day-to-day

• Taking full ownership of kitchen performance, quality, and consistency
