• Support the General Manager in leading a high-performing front-of-house team.
• Run shifts independently and own the floor completely when it's yours to run.
• Build and maintain a team culture that people actually want to be part of.
• Drive standards across service, guest experience, and compliance — every shift.
• Managing labour, scheduling, and day-to-day cost awareness.
• Identifying and developing talent within the team — spotting the next supervisor, the next manager.
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with confidence and good judgement.
• Supporting with recruitment, onboarding, and training as the team grows.

Salary: £32,900 | Tips & Tronc Monthly | Up to 32% Bonus Per Annum paid Quarterly

As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in launching our newest Pizzeria, working alongside the senior leadership team to build an amazing team, create a brilliant culture and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.
