Rudy's Neapolitan Pizzeria in the Mission Mars family is seeking a General Manager to own the performance, people and culture of a busy site, operating with autonomy and supported by a leadership team.

You will manage full P&L, build a high-performing team, elevate guest experiences, and uphold food safety and operational standards while working with senior leaders to shape the site's direction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, quality-led hospitality environment.
• Strong commercial acumen - confident with P&L, budgets, forecasting, and driving a bottom line
• An inspiring, people-first leader with a genuine track record of developing great teams
• Uncompromising standards in guest experience, food safety, and operational delivery
• Genuine alignment with the Rudy's brand, values, and Mission

Salary: £40,000 | Tips & Tronc Monthly | Up to 32% Bonus Per Annum paid Quarterly

Contract: Full time

Your Day-to-Day
