Mitchells & Butlers Norton seeks a General Manager to lead a busy pub, build a strong team and drive sales while delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will oversee operations, coach staff and ensure food and drink quality, aiming for outstanding service and consistent results in a community pub setting. Onsite accommodation is available as an optional benefit.
