Job summary

Bathpool Inn in Monkton Heathfield seeks an experienced General Manager to lead overall operations, drive guest satisfaction and help grow the team within the Vintage Inns portfolio.

You will oversee service, food and drink delivery to high standards, maximise sales opportunities and ensure memorable moments for guests, while maintaining brand standards across multiple pub settings.
