Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is recruiting a General Manager for Norton’s Sizzling Pub & Grill in the UK. You’ll build a business to be proud of, lead a team, smash targets, and deliver memorable guest experiences across breakfast to late night service.

This on-site role also offers optional onsite accommodation for 2 bedrooms and a suite of staff benefits. You’ll drive operational excellence, guest care, and sales growth while leading a local pub team.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management experience required or equivalent leadership background.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and delivering guest satisfaction.
