Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited’s Vintage Inns is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our rural pubs. You’ll train and inspire a team, deliver outstanding guest experiences and drive sales through strong operational leadership.

You’ll be responsible for delivering food and drink to high standards and achieving business targets. We offer a generous package including bonus scheme, staff discounts, pension and 25 days holiday, plus private medical and dental cover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing pub or restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to drive sales and deliver excellent guest experiences.
