Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a General Manager for one of its pubs in Sheffield. You will lead a district of sites, build a strong team, and drive guest experiences that keep customers returning. The role includes managing operations and delivering memorable moments across breakfast, game days, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Prior general management or senior hospitality experience is essential.
• Ability to train and inspire teams to deliver great guest experiences.
• Track record of achieving business targets and driving sales.

• Ensure guests are cared for and feel the hosting moments of their visit.
