Mitchells & Butlers PLC, via The Plough in Aylesbury, is seeking a General Manager to build a thriving operation, grow the team and hit targets. You’ll lead service excellence and foster memorable guest moments across the site.

This role offers an onsite housing option and a clear path to develop leadership across our pub brands, with a strong focus on guest experience, cost control and driving sales while nurturing a welcoming team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pub/restaurant team and driving sales.
• Proven track record in delivering guest experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
