Heartwood Collection is seeking a General Manager to lead a thriving hospitality site with energy, personality and pride. You will inspire your team to deliver outstanding hospitality, build lasting relationships with guests and the local community, and take real ownership of your site’s commercial performance.

You will lead from the floor, coach managers, and drive high standards of quality and consistency across operations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership within premium pub/restaurant or hospitality business
• Passion for fresh food, quality drinks and memorable guest experiences
• Ability to inspire, coach and develop managers and teams
• Strong commercial awareness including budgets, KPIs and profitability
• Hands-on leadership style with on-floor confidence and focus on quality
