Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our premium hospitality sites. You’ll inspire a talented team, deliver outstanding guest experiences and take ownership of on-site operations to drive strong commercial performance.

You’ll bring proven leadership in a premium pub, restaurant or hospitality business, a passion for fresh food and quality service, and the ability to coach managers on budgets and KPIs. This role offers growth within a fast‑growing collection.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within a premium pub, restaurant or hospitality business.
• Strong commercial awareness, including budgets, KPIs and profitability.
• Hands-on leadership style with on-floor presence.
• Excellent operational and organisational skills with a focus on quality.
• Ability to inspire, coach and develop managers and their teams.
• Ability to build community connections and lasting guest relationships.
