Job summary

Heartwood Collection is recruiting General Managers to lead premium pubs and brasseries across the UK. You will own site performance, coach managers, and drive exceptional guest experiences in busy, community-focused venues.

You’ll manage budgets, KPIs and profitability with a hands-on leadership style, delivering consistent quality and a culture of service excellence across Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in premium pub, restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets and KPIs.
• Track record of developing managers and teams.
• Hands-on leadership on the floor with high standards.
• Excellent operational and organisational skills.
