Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a General Manager within the hotel industry.
• Proven track record of delivering strong financial and commercial results.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
• Take full accountability for the hotel's commercial performance, profitability and market positioning.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximise revenue and profitability across all departments.
• Create a high performance culture through coaching, mentoring and developing future leaders.
• Build strong relationships with owners, key stakeholders, local businesses and community partners.
• Drive guest satisfaction through operational excellence and a relentless focus on service quality.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial control across the hotel.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure the hotel consistently meets Hilton brand standards and RBH operational expectations.
• Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Lead recruitment, succession planning and talent development programmes across the hotel.
