RBH Hospitality Management seeks a General Manager for the Radisson Blu Liverpool to lead the hotel at a strategic level, driving revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction while developing a high-performing team.

The role requires balancing commercial acumen with people leadership, maintaining brand standards, and delivering excellence across all departments. Based in Liverpool, the position offers a comprehensive benefits package and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operational leader in a quality hotel environment.
• Strong commercial expertise with a track record of delivering revenue and profit growth.
• Experience leading large, multi-functional teams.
• Outstanding leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Experience within branded hotels, ideally Radisson or a comparable international brand.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, lead, and develop a high performing hotel team.
• Deliver budgeted revenue, profit, GOP, and market share targets.
• Identify and maximise commercial opportunities across rooms, F&B, meetings and events.
• Drive guest satisfaction and uphold Radisson brand standards.
• Build strong relationships with owners, investors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee all operational departments to ensure efficiency and compliance with legal and company requirements.
