Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for its Liverpool property. You will lead all F&B operations across restaurant, bar, room service and events, driving guest satisfaction and revenue while managing costs and staff performance.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape guest experiences, maintain brand standards and work closely with Sales & Events teams to maximise opportunities. A strong leader with commercial acumen is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading food & beverage across multiple outlets within a hotel.
• Track record of delivering targets and improving profitability.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant, bar, room service, meetings and events operations.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and upsell opportunities.
• Manage labour, budgets and stock; ensure safety and licensing compliance.
• Develop offerings with the Executive Chef and Commercial Team.
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team; conduct reviews.
