Job summary

Young's - North London is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of our London pubs with autonomy to shape the guest experience. You will guide a skilled team, drive customer satisfaction and own recruitment, training and daily operations.

You will tailor events, menus and sales-driving activities to suit the venue and community, while maintaining brand standards and delivering strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager in hospitality or pubs.
• Strong leadership and recruitment skills.
• Excellent customer service and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pub team and drive exceptional guest experiences.
