Job summary

You will join Young's - Cambridge to run a premium, fresh-food pub in the Cambridge area. As General Manager, you will collaborate with the head chef and operations manager to shape the menu and even write recipes, while designing events that drive sales in line with the business plan.

We value an entrepreneurial mindset and strong people leadership. You will lead recruitment, training, and marketing, delivering outstanding guest service in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We're on the lookout for experienced General Managers to run our premium, fresh-food businesses within Cambridge.

You would be in charge of your own business–that means working alongside your head chef and operations manager, deciding what goes on your menu and having the freedom to write recipes from scratch, as well as deciding what sales driving events you wish to do that fit the vision and business plan of your pub.
