Young's Pubs in Weybridge is seeking a General Manager for the Hand and Spear. The successful candidate will be the face of the business, lead a team, and shape guest experiences across multiple spaces including bedrooms.

You’ll have autonomy to tailor menus, host events, manage recruitment, and drive revenue while upholding Young’s standards. A generous bonus and benefits package await the right operator.

• GM-level hospitality experience with a guest-centric approach.
• Proven track record delivering premium service in a pub/restaurant.
• Strong leadership, recruitment and local marketing skills.

We're looking for a General Manager for the Hand and Spear in Weybridge. The pub is located a stone's throw from Weybridge station, and has a large car park beside it which gives it huge opportunity to be a destination pub.

The pub is a firm favourite with commuters, a perfect spot for family gatherings and for those exploring leafy Surrey who want to stay overnight – the pub comes with 12 guest bedrooms.

We’re looking for a people-focused, guest centric General Manager who cares deeply about delivering exceptional premium service and a fantastic guest experience. The pub has several bookable spaces as well as outside areas and there is plenty of potential to grow sales. We're looking for an experienced operator who is happy being the face of the business for this gem of a pub.
