Job summary

Young's is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of our London pubs. This role offers a live-in/out option and the flexibility to tailor menus, events and team structure to maximise guest satisfaction and profitability.

You will drive food-focused strategies, recruit and develop local teams, and own your business P&L with autonomy within our brand framework. A passion for hospitality and customer service is essential, with opportunities for progression across Young's estate.
