The Role:

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards and expectations. You will coach and develop your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

About You:

  • You prioritize creating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You excel at influencing and empowering emerging leaders through training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • You are dedicated to delivering excellent guest service, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional standards, either through your efforts or by equipping your team with the right skills and mindset.
  • You possess strong financial acumen, including budgeting, inventory, labor management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • You focus on building and nurturing your team from recruitment through ongoing development, supporting their personal and professional growth.
  • You care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and valued, enabling them to flourish in their roles and careers.
  • You are a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of making quick decisions and thinking on your feet.
