General Manager | Full Time

The role |

As a General Manager, you’ll inspire your team to exceed guest expectations, maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

If you |

  • Prioritize cultivating a positive, inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You excel at influencing and empowering emerging leaders through training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects outstanding service, either through your efforts or by empowering your team.
  • Possess strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory and labour management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment through ongoing development, supporting personal and professional growth.
  • Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and valued, enabling them to thrive in their roles and careers.
  • Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to make quick decisions and think on your feet.
