The role |

As a general manager, you’ll inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, maintaining high expectations and standards. You will coach and develop your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

  • Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Your ability to influence and empower emerging leaders is key, along with providing excellent training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Are dedicated to delivering an outstanding guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service through your efforts and by equipping your team with the right skills and mindset.
  • Possess strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory management, labor management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, committed to fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and that they belong, enabling them to flourish in their roles and careers.
  • Are a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
