The Role

Requirements

• Prioritize creating a positive, inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Ability to influence and empower emerging leaders through training, coaching, and mentorship.
• Dedicated to delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service, either through your efforts or by empowering your team.
• Strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory, labor management, and strategic marketing. Data analysis to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
