You will lead a large front-of-house team, drive guest experience, monitor sales and costs, recruit and develop staff, and step in for the GM when needed. A hands-on leader with strong commercial flair will excel and unlock earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing teams in a high-volume, busy venue.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of P&L and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead, train and retain a high-performing front-of-house team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a large front-of-house team
• Take responsibility for service standards and the guest experience
• Support with sales, labour, stock control and overall profitability
• Recruit, train and retain an engaged, high-performing team
• Confidently lead the venue in the General Manager’s absence
• Help drive the business forward through energy, ideas and strong commercial awareness
