QSRP is seeking a General Manager to run a busy restaurant with pace and passion, building a high-performing team and delivering outstanding results. You will lead operations, coaching, scheduling, cost control, customer experience, and drive sales while upholding standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced hospitality/QSR environments.
• Hands-on leadership with front-line coaching and example-setting.

• Experience managing labour, sales, food costs and controllable expenses.
